ABOUT GROUPFIT

GroupFit is based in Cheney Manor, Swindon and is the premiere of Group Training. We started in November 2015 with just 4 members in a field running just one circuit class and in June 2018 we opened our first GroupFit Studio, now working with hundreds of amazing members every week.

REAL RESULTS

We have helped hundreds of members in Wiltshire achieve their personal goals in our Wiltshire HQ. We also work with Motorcycle athletes online using a brilliant Personal Training Software. We have achieved over 3000lbs of fat loss since day one, transforming members lives for good. 

To achieve life-long fitness and fat loss goal, firstly you need to be ready to change. This means forgetting everything you’ve seen or heard before. We recommended that you work out a minimum of 3 times a week, slowly change your current nutrition habits and stay consistent over a long period. Combine these factors and you will eventually achieve your Fitness and Fat-loss Goal.

There isn’t a quick fix and we will not ever recommend a short term ‘Diet’ here at GroupFit.

What is The RaceFit Programme?

GroupFit runs an online personal training programme called, The RaceFit Programme. This is all about helping you be the best you be can physically off track to perform the best you can on the race track. We will help you have that edge over others on the track, to become 'RaceFit', Lean, Strong, Healthy the REAL way. There is no shouting or screaming, it’s all about working hard off track to be the best on track. We NEVER offer our athletes a quick fix, fat burning pills, shakes or even a “ VERY Restricted Diet Plan” to follow... BUT what we do give you, is ALL the information YOU need to see results on track. We give you all the support you need to be physically ready to be running up the front of every race.

 

What does The RaceFit Programme include?

* A Personal Trainer with over 10 years Motorcycle racing experience that has raced along side British Superbikes & World Superbikes.

* A Personalised Training plan via True coach to follow thats reviewed and changed every 3 weeks (or sooner if needs be)

* Race weekend nutrition coaching (tips and tricks what to eat at the race track when you are racing)

* Online workouts that you can do in your own home

NUTRITION COACHING

We are super happy to launch our simple nutrition coaching programme. We never make things difficult to understand or hard to follow. We work together and coach your through the steps needed to achieve your goals. 

We run our sessions broken up into blocks of 6x30 minute sessions and our coaching programme comes with personal manual to complete each day.

6 x 30 minutes £60 booked in advanced 7 days apart.
