GroupFit is based in Swindon and is the premiere of Group Training. We started in November 2015 with just 4 members in the local field. In June 2018 we opened our first Group Training Studio and work with hundreds of friendly members every week.



This is our semi-private personal training programme that provides you all the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. 

GroupFit Training has a maximum of 6 members per session, giving your personal trainer the chance to work with you closely in every workout. You will leave every session feeling awesome and one step closer to your personal goal.

GroupFit Training is so effective across Wiltshire. When you combine the support we give you, nutrition coaching and the way we train you will see achieve your goals. 


£10 per session 


We have a range of amazing classes for you to select from, there can be up to 20 members per session and every session is super fun leaving with a smile on your face. You will be working out with like-minded members that all want to improve their health, improve fitness and drop body-fat.  

As a GroupFit Class member, you will receive one initial body diagnostic check when you join, A Nutrition Quick Start Manual, A Personal Tracking app to track your weight loss progress at home and much more! 

GroupFit Classes include, Total Body Workout, Total Body Blitz, Boxercise and Indoor bike.

Our Group training / Classes and nutrition coaching we provide is one of the most effective and fastest way to drop fat in Wiltshire (our results show this).  Every session we run is 80- 100% full and it’s only fair that we give members the first opportunity to book into a session.  

Every time we have a new starter in a session they get a bit more attention than everyone else. It is only normal as they don't know what is going on as much as everyone else.

If we have people dropping in to one off sessions all the time it distracts our service away from the committed members who train with us every week achieving brilliant results. 


We are super happy to launch our simple nutrition coaching programme. We never make things difficult to understand or hard to follow. We work together and coach your through the steps needed to achieve your goals. 

We run our sessions broken up into blocks of 5x30 minute sessions and our coaching programme comes with personal manual to complete each day.

To achieve life-long fitness and fat loss goal, firstly you need to be ready to change. This means forgetting everything you’ve seen or heard before. We recommended that you work out a minimum of 3 times a week, slowly change your current nutrition habits and stay consistent over a long period. Combine these factors and you will eventually achieve your Fitness and Fat-loss Goal. There isn’t a quick fix and we will not ever recommend a short term ‘Diet’ here at GroupFit.
