How much is our membership?
*THREE sessions per week coached by a personal trainer is £50 per month*
FOUR Sessions per week coached by a personal trainer is £60 per month
FIVE Sessions per week coached by a personal trainer is £70 per month
UNLIMTED Sessions per week coached by a personal trainer is £80 month

What happens after the challenge?
There is a 7-10 day reset period so that you can recover before the next start date. If you wish to continue then you are welcome to invest in another 54 days and we will go again, continuing your fat loss journey!
You can invest in just one programme or if would like to continue smashing goals with like-minded clients that you keep going throughout the year, doing this really helps with consistency and staying on track to smashing your goals.
We are super happy to be able to help other Group Personal Training run successful and professional sessions by providing them custom branding exercise cards.
We currently have over 180 different exercises and more coming your way. We have various exercises, from bodyweight, barbell, dumbbell, rope, box, slam ball, weighted plates, suspension training and much more!
Theses exercise cards will create hundreds of different workouts and make trainers lives a little more stress free.
Not only will trainers look professional, be able to create hundreds of workouts, create more time outside the sessions instead of planning ahead on paper, reduce the chance of injury but also clients will be able to spend more time working out rather than spending the first ten minutes going over what to do! We also support those who purchase from us with free advice and we also send out workout examples to those that have purchased our cards so they can use these examples to create workouts that we know that works well.
As a member, you will have access to our private members page that will have simple to follow guides that will see you achieve your personal goals. You can ask as many fitness, nutrition questions you might have having a personal trainer, nutrition coach and sports massage therapist right by your side. You will also have members offering your advice from their personal experience.
You will also have a Personal Trainer that will help you stay on track with daily motivational reminders.
This is also a place that you can ask other members to complete events with you, head out for walks to get the steps in.

GroupFit is fantastic for anyone starting out in fitness or wanting to push themselves to new heights. Jack does a great selection of classes to suit all levels of fitness.
