GROUPFIT VS YOUR LOCAL GYM

Let’s talk about Gym memberships, When it comes to comparing what we do and your budget gym we aren’t the cheapest.


However we are nothing like a ‘gym’

but, we can actually save you a lot of money, time and stress.

You could go to your local Leisure centre or a budget gyms popping up for a lot less than you can train with us but in reality, those places are simply loaning you their equipment and lets face it, most members you see spend more time on there phones, not working out, most end up quitting as its pretty boring working out on your own!

We don’t just do the physical training.

We keep you accountable, and make fitness fun. We guide you through nutrition, help you develop a mindset that keeps you focussed and motivated to keep working towards your goals.

So when deciding to get fit don’t choose on price because as with most things you buy cheap you buy again and again.

HOW TO BOOK WITH GROUPFIT?

Booking a GroupFit session or class is very simple, you can book online or through the app called GymSync. Please search for "GymSync" in your APP Store or Go online and set your account up via www.GymSync.co.uk.  When setting up an account, you will first need to click "location" and enter “Swindon” then select GroupFit. Please enter all the information except your membership number. When you have set the account up, please let us know as we will need to confirm your details and you can then book your first class. You can book your session up to 4 weeks in advance.

HOW TO CANCEL A BOOK CLASS?

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your pre-booked class or session in order to avoid being charged. If you fail to cancel your session 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for the session.

GroupFit understands that emergencies do happen, so we allow every member one short-notice cancellation, free of charge. This only applies if GroupFit is notified of cancellation prior to the session start time. Non-attendance without prior notification will be charged in full. 

Although our cancellations policy may seem strict, these are in place to benefit our members. With limited spaces available per class, not showing up or a last minute cancellation will mean other members may miss out.

ARRIVING LATE TO A CLASS

If for any reason you are late, please be aware that the session will continue until the agreed finish time. For example, if you have booked an hour session and arrive 10 minutes late, then the session will last 50 minutes. Should you arrive more than 20 minutes after the start time, the session will be canceled and charged as a no-show.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSONAL TRAINER CANCELS A SESSION DUE TO ILLNESS

We will do there best to give all members booked on as much notice as possible and to find session cover. Failing to find cover we will cancel the session but ask members to make up the class within the next 7-days.

GROUPFIT SHUT DOWN PERIOD

We are closed 20 days across the year and all members will be told in well in advance and The GymSync App will also be updated. 

Its fine to have a rest, we recommend it! 


These 20-days are already taken into account which means you will not loose out any money or need to make up any sessions. 

We are not open on bank holidays and here's our Christmas opening times.
