I have never really been one for fitness but when a friend suggested I give GroupFit a try I was a bit scared. I have been a member since the start of 2019 and I’m loving it. I have had great help, support and guidance from Jack and the other members. GroupFit members are a super friendly, welcoming and supportive. I came to GroupFit after becoming dis-heartened by going (or not going 😕) to many of the big names gyms in Swindon. What Group Fit has offered me is confidence, that exercise is fun and with the help of GroupFit I can achieve my fitness goals. I have met many people at Group Fit who have now become good friends.I have been going to GroupFit since 2016. Jack is amazing, knowledgable and super supportive not matter what type of exercise you like to do. With the help Jack and the all members my fitness has improved.

I always enjoy my GroupFit sessions (apart from when the battle ropes are out!)! Also, Great people in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere but Jack is always there encouraging you to push yourself and make sure you are working towards your goals!
A Brilliant, friendly group! Everyone encourages each other making getting fit and losing weight that much easier! Jack also motivates everyone and finds a way round the things I find hard so I don’t give up!!!
The best fitness group ever. I do get bored at the normal gym but in there, I don’t feel bored at all, I’m always looking forward to the next session. Jack is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend GroupFit
GroupFit is fantastic for anyone starting out in fitness or wanting to push themselves to new heights. Jack does a great selection of classes to suit all levels of fitness. He will work with you and help you achieve your goals. It’s a great atmosphere, everyone is lovely and supportive. You won’t find fitness sessions as good as this for the price, anywhere else.
